Mr Bieri, how do you organise guest management – from invitation to admission control – for the Award CC?
This year we worked together with TICKETINO for the first time. The whole system has simplified the process considerably for us.
How did you organise guest invitations, registrations and checking before working together with TICKETINO?
The guests registered using their email or via forms on our website. Validation and checking were then carried out with “time-honoured” manual labour. The handicap then was that last-minute corrections were no longer possible – and name badges had to be written on by hand.
How much time do you invest in guest management now?
As soon as the event is set up and the customer lists are imported, the organiser only needs to concern itself with the checking process. This reduces time and effort considerably.
What do you consider to be the advantages of TICKETINO and which functions convinced you?
The continuously up-to-date statistics and lists provide the event organiser with an overview at all times, who can then fully focus on organising the event.
To what extent were you able to benefit from badge personalising directly at the event?
The reception can be simplified considerably, and personalised badge printing makes admission very professional: The initial impression is key! The organisation team can give their full attention to the guests. The ever awkward “name badge search” from A–Z is a thing of the past. And: The guests do not see the “no-shows”.
Can you recommend the TICKETINO system to other organisers of award shows or business events?
Yes, certainly. The automated guest management and professional reception with mobile badge printers have made our job a whole lot easier during event preparations and at the event.
