Brevo

Thanks to app integration, you can synchronise your ticket buyer data with your contact lists on Brevo in just a few minutes. This means that your mailing list is continuously supplemented and updated and you can inform your ticket buyers about new events with little effort and in the best possible way. Here we show you how you can create this link in just a few steps.

That's how it works!

1. Log in to the TICKETINO Cockpit with your organizer login data.

2. Click on “Apps” on the left and select the option “Brevo” by clicking on “Details”.

3. In the next step, you must activate the app by clicking on “Install app now”.

4 Now you need to log in to Brevo.

5. Once you have logged in, select ‘Lists’ on the left under ‘Contacts’ and add a new list by clicking on ‘+ Create a list’.

6. All you have to do is give the list a name, select ‘Your first folder’ and click on ‘Create list’.

7. Now click on your name in the top right-hand corner and then select ‘SMTP & API’.

8. Now click on ‘API key’ at the top left and then on ‘Generate a new API key’.

9. You must now give the API key an internal name and then click on ‘Generate’.

10. Copy the generated API key by clicking on .

11. Now you can paste the copied key into the TICKETINO Cockpit and click on ‘Check API key’.

12. In the last step, you must define which list you want to assign the contacts to (see previously under point 5 created list on Brevo).

14. Finally, you can click on ‘Update configuration’ and finish the process. New order data (e-mail address, surname, first name) should now be synchronised with Brevo. Please note that it takes approx. 10 minutes for order data to appear in the Brevo contact list.
