Room for Illusions – The WOW Museum is not just about viewing, because here the visitor themselves becomes the highlight of the optical illusions. Due to the manageable size of the location and the many interactive installations, optimal control of visitor flow is central to a successful visit.

Among other things, a customized ticketing solution was implemented with an event calendar, time slot booking, cross-selling with the associated “WOW Rally,” and connection to various third-party systems such as Zapier, Mailchimp, and Mandrill for marketing automation.

Zuger Messe is the largest autumn exhibition in Central Switzerland, with around 75,000 visitors, 350 exhibitors, and an exhibition area of 16,000 square meters. Managing exhibitors is correspondingly complex.

Among other things, a connection to the event management software “profairs” was implemented. The link between the TICKETINO cockpit and the exhibitor area of profairs allows exhibitors to purchase tickets and promo codes from TICKETINO directly from their profairs account.
