The Antikenmuseum Basel showcases art and everyday culture from the ancient Mediterranean, spanning from Egypt to Rome. With its unique collections, exhibitions and interactive offerings, it brings antiquity vividly to life.
For the interactive exhibition "Hero Games", the museum needed an intuitive online booking system that would allow visitors to select different time slots depending on the day of the week and book them instantly.

The design is seamlessly integrated into the existing website as an IFrame. The booking tool visually matches the style and layout of the museum's website to ensure a consistent user experience.
Full control over the booking process
Texts and steps within the booking flow were customized so that the form is perfectly tailored to the needs of the museum and its target audience. Visitors can select their preferred date, with seat availability displayed in real time.
Personalized Confirmation Email and Digital Tickets for Download
After booking, users automatically receive an individual confirmation by email, and personalized tickets are provided as a PDF or in a mobile-optimized version that can be shown directly during the museum visit.

To reach as broad an audience as possible, the form was created in three languages.
