Initial situation OR challenge
The Da Jazz Festival is a renowned music festival that takes place every summer in St. Moritz. It features concerts in an intimate setting with jazz legends such as Al Jarreau, Chick Correa, Diana Krall, Nigel Kennedy, and many more.
The events are exclusive and tickets are expensive. The sophisticated image conveyed on the organizer's website should be reflected throughout the entire ticket purchasing process. A media break in the standard ticket shop is therefore not an option.
Ticket shop
Since 2015, TICKETINO has been supporting Festival da Jazz with a customized, elegant, and user-friendly ticket shop, which was created in line with the organizer's brand identity and seamlessly integrated into its website.
The ticket shop provides an overview of all current concerts. Multiple tickets for different concerts can be added to the shopping cart and purchased. Customers can choose from a range of payment methods, including PayPal, MasterCard, American Express, and Twint.
Brasserie reservations
During the ordering process, you have the option of reserving a table at a brasserie for selected concerts. The brasserie will then receive an email with the reservation details, such as the time of the reservation and the number of people.
Hotel reservations
During the ordering process, accommodation can be selected and reserved from a list of hotels. The hotel receives an email directly with a reservation request and can then contact the customer.
Multilingualism
As the Da Jazz festival enjoys international recognition, the ticket shop is also available in English.
