Knitfest is an annual knitting and crochet festival in Zurich, centered around wool, yarn, and handcraft. The central challenge of this project was to develop a complex workshop reservation system that is both user-friendly and seamlessly integrated into the existing website. It had to be ensured that the 40 workshops, spread across two days and various time slots, were displayed correctly depending on the selected ticket. At the same time, it was important to preserve the event's corporate identity, so that the design of the booking tool remains visually consistent. Additional requirements included the implementation of promo codes for discounts and hidden categories.

Workshop Reservation

Among other things, a customized ticketing solution was created for Knitfest. It offers the possibility to choose between 40 different workshops and to use promo codes.

Corporate Identity

The design is seamlessly integrated into the existing website. The booking tool visually matches the style and layout of the website to ensure a consistent user experience.

Promo Codes

The promo code feature not only allows discount vouchers to be issued, but also makes hidden categories visible and enables the reservation of workshops at a later point in time.
