Jr. Sales Manager for Ticketing and Guest Management (Sales territory: primarily French-speaking Switzerland & France, based in Zurich)
As a French-speaking Junior Sales Manager based in Zurich, you will play a key role in expanding TICKETINO's presence in Switzerland and French-speaking markets in Europe. You will focus on acquiring new customers, building relationships, and supporting event organizers in using TICKETINO's self-service platform to maximize ticket sales and operational efficiency.
This position is ideal for ambitious, commercially-minded sales professionals who are at the beginning of their careers and thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer success teams to deliver a first-class customer experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Your responsibilities:
Sales and business development
- Identify, acquire, and retain event organizers, cultural institutions, venues, and activity providers throughout Switzerland and in French-speaking markets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: initial contact, qualification, product demonstrations, quotation preparation, negotiations, and contract conclusion.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline in line with the company's revenue targets.
- Clearly communicate TICKETINO's value proposition, the benefits of automation, and white-label capabilities.
- Build strategic relationships within the events, entertainment, and leisure sectors.
Market launch
- Support local market expansion initiatives in collaboration with marketing and management teams.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, competitive intelligence, and market trends (payments, compliance, localization).
- Represent TICKETINO at industry events, trade shows, networking events, and cultural gatherings.
Customer relationship management
- Act as a trusted advisor to potential customers throughout the evaluation and onboarding process.
- Ensure a smooth handover to customer success after contract closure.
- Maintain ongoing relationships to drive customer growth, contract renewals, and referrals.
Sales processes and reporting
Accurately track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide regular performance updates and market insights to senior management.
Our requirements:
Experience
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in SaaS, event technology, hospitality, or related industries).
- Experience leading or supporting full-cycle sales processes is a big plus.
- Experience in events, entertainment, tourism, or culture is an advantage.
Skills and competencies
- Strong acquisition mindset with confidence in customer engagement and lead generation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in hybrid environments.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain multiple customer relationships.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and CRM discipline.
Language skills
- French: fluent (required)
- English: professional knowledge (for internal coordination).
- German or Italian: an advantage, but not required.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Sales certifications or additional commercial training are an advantage.
