Event Evaluation

Four predefined export formats are available for selection under "Event evaluation". You can decide whether you want to export data from all events, an event group or an individual event. The ticket list, available in two versions, provides either all freely available data or a user-friendly summary with the most important information at ticket level.

The address list contains the usual contact information of your customers in a format that can be easily uploaded to a newsletter tool or CRM. The order list, on the other hand, is ideal for monitoring your sales.

The statistics tool provides you with a rough overview of your sales and capacity utilization in a visually appealing format. Please note that both the graph and the table cannot take all factors into account. For example, the sales figures are listed independently of the payment type and payment status. For daily controlling, you can set the date range and display various information. You can still define whether you want to view all events or individual events at the top of the module to get an initial impression of your sales. Please note that, depending on the modification, only a click on the button labeled "Show" will update the graphic and table.
