Location Management Tool

You have two options for entering venues in the Cockpit or selecting one from existing venues. The first option is via the "Event locations" menu item.

Here you can enter a new event location by clicking on the menu item "+Location". Once the location has been entered, it is saved in the "Venues" menu item and can be edited at any time if required.

The "Event locations" also show how many of your events have been assigned to the various locations. This gives you an overview of the number of events per venue at all times.

When entering events, you can now simply select one of the venues created using the drop-down list. This means you do not have to enter the location for each event and can therefore save time.

The second option for entering a venue is done directly when creating an event. As can be seen in the image, a new venue can also be created directly in the event details by clicking on "+Create venue". As soon as this is saved, this venue is stored in the database of the respective organizer. When creating a new event, it can now be accessed again using the drop-down list.

If you are planning an event at a public venue, you also have the option of searching for the venue directly via the clickable option "Public venues" near the address entered:

The event location link from the Cockpit displays all your own events at a selected event location. Further information can be found here.

For public event locations, all events in this location that are currently active in the TICKETINO system can be displayed independently of the organizer by deleting the organizer-specific parameters of the event link.

By clicking on the created link, all your own events at the selected venue can now be displayed:

This page provides you with an overview of the different image formats for event creation in the Organizer Cockpit and for the presentation of your event in the TICKETINO ticket shop and on individual marketing channels. Since the site www.ticketino.com is responsive, i.e. the website adapts to the device of the end user, different formats are sometimes required cumulatively.
