Ticket systems can be purchased complete with ticket printers and credit card terminals from the TICKETINO office or by post. To make a booking or if you have any questions or require clarification, please contact the TICKETINO support team.

If you wish to use your own hardware without a credit card terminal, you can download the TICKETINO box office app here. 

Procedure:

1. Download the ZIP file ➝ Download Box Office (ZIP)
2. Open the folders and subfolders and click on the "setup.exe" file
3. Install the TICKETINO box office
4. Open the TICKETINO box office via the newly created desktop icon
5. Log in with your organiser account

Please note: If you are unable to open the ZIP file, you may need to install WinRAR first. You can download the installation file for Windows (64-bit) right here if required.
