Advanced queries

On this page, we will show you how to create simple and complex query modules for your ticket buyers at ticket level and how you can then retrieve the data.

Log in to the TICKETINO Cockpit and go to the "Ticket details" page for your event.

Click on the small pencil under "Edit" for the desired ticket category. Then open the "Queries" tab. You can activate common queries and specify whether they should be mandatory fields. You can then view the entries made by your ticket purchasers in the corresponding column of your ticket list.

If required, you can also configure complex query modules. Please note that it is not possible to combine "standard queries" and "advanced queries". If you want to use the extended queries, you must create the standard queries such as surname, first name etc. manually here.

To do this, click on the "Advanced queries" radio button. Here you can add up to 20 individual queries. Possible options include radio buttons, text boxes, checkboxes or dropdowns.

The instructions linked below explain step-by-step how to set up queries such as radio buttons, text boxes, dropdowns and checkboxes, create language versions, define the storage location in the database and then retrieve the data.
