Growth initiative for promising SMEs
The Swiss Economic Forum (SEF for short) maintains ongoing contact with entrepreneurs from a wide range of sectors and has decades of practical experience. Together with UBS, the SEF launched a growth initiative for SMEs in 2012. The initiative focuses on companies with a good market presence and concrete growth plans and awards promising candidates a certified quality label.
Selection process promises high quality
Numerous conditions must be met in order to participate. For example, a convincing management team, a clear positioning and differentiation in the market and a concrete growth strategy must be in place.
The qualification procedure is divided into a selection process, which was developed by the SEF and certified by the Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems SQS (Swiss Quality Assurance).
