Unfair ticketing prices
For years, the print@home fee charged by our competitors was a constant source of annoyance for customers. Anyone who ordered a ticket and printed it out at home had to pay for it. However, following a warning from Seco, the company was forced to abolish these annoying print@home fees. The catch: a so-called "service fee" has now been introduced - a charge of between 30 centimes and CHF 1.90 per ticket, depending on the value of the ticket.
The direct impact of the new service fee on our customers
As K-Tipp has now discovered, you may pay more than before! K-Tipp recommends comparing the prices of ticket distributors and mentions TICKETINO, among others, as a positive example. In a direct comparison with the big festival "Touch the Air", TICKETINO is able to sell tickets for a whole CHF 8 cheaper than other ticket providers thanks to a fair fee structure.

Spotlight on TICKETINO: What the company says
TICKETINO attaches great importance to a transparent and fair price ratio. If a customer prints their ticket at home and also pays by electronic means of payment or prepayment, there are no such unnecessary costs. However, if an invoice is selected as the payment option and/or the ticket is sent by post, this will cost the customer a one-off fee of CHF 5.
This CHF 5 fee includes sending the ticket, collecting the payment and transferring it to the system. It should also be noted that this CHF 5 is only a one-off charge without any additional fees. So even if you buy 10 tickets (against invoice), you will only be charged CHF 5!
